RACE 4 – The Breeders’ Cup Mile – Grade 1 – One mile on the turf

A race where a good post position is vital, because the run into the first turn can be rough. So trip-factor is key.

With several speed horses on the rail…PEACE RULES, DESIGNED FOR LUCK and SOARING FREE, the pace is bound to be keen. And these three might just burn each other out. So closers, even though this tight track does not favor them, may prevail on this occasion….with TOUCH OF THE BLUES, DECARCHY and PERFECT SOUL three that we believe will figure in the finish.

As for the Europeans….the warm weather won’t have helped them acclimatize and the firm ground won’t suite them either. So we’ll pass on them.
